Build images for PHP 8.2 or maybe even 8.1

Shouldnt be too big of a deal, but I think due to the nature of WordPress it would be reasonable to offer images for 8.1 and 8.2.
Not super sure about 8.1.

Hey @PascaleBeier ! This has been updated. The build pipelines now have php8.2 & php8.1 versions to them.

Nice! 😊 8.1 didn't make it? I thought php decided to increase the support time for it
