GitHub style emojis should be converted to the correct emoji, so that it displays in the menu bar. This should be configurable with the ability to be displayed.

E.g. :sunny: 5°C -> ☀️ 5°C

Emoji JSON exists, Unicode is being mapped, but not sure how to the actual emoji.
