Discord find where script and patcher both result in CTD on this record:

You're looking for the static with form ID xx120113 (called "0WHGroundStairsToIronQuarter") where the first two x's are the index for WindhelmSSE.esp. Delete that/overwrite the change back to normal and the ctds should stop, and I haven't noticed any graphical issues from it
