I was playing a mobile game and saw ads there. Looking at my pi-hole log, they were coming from rtb-us-east.linkedin.com
. I couldn't find a list of all rtb-*.linkedin.com
domains, but perhaps a regex blocking will work

These are the domains I could find in my merged Top 1M lists that match the pattern:
rtb-eu.linkedin.com
rtb-us-east.linkedin.com
rtb-us-east-new.linkedin.com
rtb-us-ei4.linkedin.com
rtb-us-ei5.linkedin.com
rtb-us-ela1.linkedin.com
rtb-us-ela4.linkedin.com
rtb-us-lor1.linkedin.com
rtb-us-ltx1.linkedin.com
rtb-us-lva1.linkedin.com
rtb-us-south.linkedin.com
rtb-us-west.linkedin.com
rtb-vto.linkedin.com
https://urlscan.io/search/#page.url%3A(rtb-us-east.linkedin.com)
But I'm not sure whether blocking doesn't lead to side effects, for that you would have to analyze it in more detail.
