Work towards scorecard 12/12

The directory on https://flows.nodered.org has a scorecard feature that checks the package, dependencies, and nodes. It would be ideal for node-maker to automate the ability to reach a 12/12 score. This would/could entail the following enhancements:

• Requirements fields for Node-RED, Nodes, etc.
• Include an example(s) flow by specifying which tabs in a project contain examples
• Support for scope field to qualify for "Package name follows guidelines"
