Zerd no Densetsu Fails to Boot

I think this may be some more coding stuff but upon booting this game, it shows vertical bars and then white screens. On mGBA it works fine with no issues. I can conclude it's not an issue with the ROM dump at all. I guess this is one of a small number of games that doesn't work on this particular emulator. I am using 0.5 if that matters as the later versions the reset feature doesn't work past that version due to the change in how the touch screen works and I use B+Y and touch as the reset for everything on my R4.
