Out param of giveTreasure / giveTreasure_body is the treasure ID that was passed in, not sound to play

The code comments say that giveTreasure returns the sound to play upon receiving the item, but the "return value" is just the treasure ID (which will usually equate to music, not a sound effect).

No, wait, I'm wrong… it does look that way from a glance at the asm, but I just forgot that I messed with the that function in the randomizer.
