Could be HW issue, need to scope the flowmeter line to verify. This was perviously known to be working (at the HW level)

so I fixed an issue could have caused some threading issues on the interrupt handlers but the issue persists. It looks like there is spurious noise associated with this pin in relation to the relay output...need to see if they are perhaps shorted together. I don't think this is a software related issue.

So I shipped the sesnor back to Swissflow a few moths ago and they confirmed that it was a internal wire failure, likely due to excessive force on the wire. I have obtained a replacement sensor.
