Identify `percentFar` value for different types of Boardrooms users

  • Identify lower threshold of bandwidth availability needed to be a supernode for the channel you started (i.e., percentFar >= 0.5)
  • Identify percentFar for a normal peer (i.e., somewhere between 0.25-0.35 ?)
  • Determine if any amount of percentFar should be possible for users with poor bandwidth
