USER ISSUE: Infinite Shop categories being created

Steps to Reproduce:
I just added a new material to the shop which usually creates a new category automatically - but instead of creating one category: an endless loop of new categories began.
As I relogged on the server all categories were gone, seems to be a client sided problem.
Expected behavior:
Add new material in Shop: Create one new category and put the desired material in it
Actual behavior:
infinite new categories are getting created, even demolishing and replacing the shop doesnt change that behaviour
Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
no mods.

Can you attach the logfiles of when that occured (which you only can if it was your last session)? We had this reported three times, but never received the necessary logs :(
