USER ISSUE: Swimming Tutorial Resets

Steps to Reproduce:
Restart the Game and Jump into Water AGAIN

Expected behavior:
Swimming Tutorial only appearing once and then NEVER again.

Actual behavior:
After each Game Restart the Tutorial pops again once i touch Water.

Do you have mods installed? Does the issue happen when no mods are installed?:
