The stream has no video or sound

Which stream?

Have you tried disabling any sort of adblock? An ad could be running.
Have you turned down your quality settings on the stream?

@biscuittank In addition to @MatthewSH help, can you also post info about your setup? OS/Browser/Browser Version. And what quality you had selected in the quality selector (as seen above in the gif).
