[transport:ws] [ctrl] close. code: 4000 Invalid Domain (credentials)

Hi,
We have the following setup:

  1. LAN with proxy and a rstp streams.
  2. Web application installed in Cloud which is embedding the js player pointing to the proxy.
  3. Client browser on the internet on a machine that has a VPN connection to the LAN from point 1.

Regardless what we do, we are receiving '[transport:ws] [ctrl] close. code: 4000 Invalid Domain (credentials)'.

The licence was activated, but which ip should be used? The ip where the Streamedian ws is placed or the ip where the web application is deployed?

answer for your questio: ip (or domain name) where the web application with player code is deployed

activation process is going on the proxy side, during the activation need activate the license for "ip (or domain name) where the web application with player code is deployed"

one web application with player code can use several proxys having different ip but activated for ip (or domain name) of this webapp.
