Siphon duplicates ores when used with Ore Clumps

When mining ore that should drop clumps from Ore Clumps with a pickaxe enchanted with Siphon, the clumps drop on the floor and the ore block itself is added back to the inventory, allowing for infinite duplication.
To reproduce: Install VanillaTweaks 1.5.46 and Ore Clumps 0.4.0 on Minecraft 1.16.5 with Forge 36.2.26, enchant any pickaxe with Siphon and mine any metal ore such as iron or gold.
As I'm not sure which mod would be able to fix this I will also report this to the author of Ore Clumps.
