Sometimes people who don't use the full ALDocument class want a cleaner looking download page. Should consider:

  1. Abstracting some of the download table so it can be used without ALDocumentBundle
  2. Making a new version of send_email_to_html that can be used without ALDocumenBundle

Not super high priority for AssemblyLine, but something I may do and contribute in my personal time--it comes up on non-AL projects.
