Puppet module is broken post change of install scripts URL

Post changes done in dd29f3a - the install scripts are now available at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SumoLogic/sumologic-otel-collector-packaging/main/install-script/install.sh instead of https://raw.githubusercontent.com/SumoLogic/sumologic-otel-collector/main/scripts/install.sh

This breaks puppet as the init.pp from the Puppet tarball at https://github.com/SumoLogic/sumologic-otel-collector/releases/latest/download/puppet-module.tar.gz still uses the old install script URL and it is not a variable that can be overriden in puppet

Can someone please update the puppet tarball to use the right install URL?
