Does not work with IE or Microsoft Edge

As the title itself explains the issue, PDF is not displayed with IE or Microsoft Edge; it just says "Loading, please wait" and nothing happens then.
Are there any workarounds to make it compatible with IE & Edge?

Tested this in IE11 and it doesn't load the PDF; however, if you set the document mode to 10 then it loads. I also tried setting it to 9 and 8 with no luck. No luck in Edge either.
