How do I install hT to a read-only folder?

I think this might be solved by the recent addition of passing directories on the command line, but this should be documented and made sure to work.

Q: How do I install hT to a read-only folder?
A: Use a shell script to extract it to a temporary folder, run it, and delete the folder. It's a trap! The drawback of this method is that it loses my choice to use the FamiTracker key map, and I imagine that with a bit more work, I can copy a preferences file in and out of this folder.

The command line options are documented in 77b0691.
