Hi, could you elaborate more, please? What exactly functionality do you mean because it has a lot of different things?=)
The main problem is the size of contracts. A lot of crypto libraries contain arrays with predefined values and those values take a lot of space. If the functionality doesn't take a lot of sizes, it can be implemented on smart contracts. If it takes, maybe it is better to move it to contract-pallet like use-ink/ink#1068.
