possibility to change return data structure

I have problem working rocketpant with client ORM, like angularjs ngResource. so I propose to add the possibility to not wrap dat into response key.

This is planned for 2.0 - but that's still a little off - it may be easiest to see if ngResource supports customisation to handle this internally.

@fuyi I recommend attaching something like RABL to render the JSON instead of pure RP.
