The 'Bye' command shows the bye message but does not exit the application.

When I enter the command 'Bye', it shows the 'Bye. Enjoy your studies!' message, but does not exit the application.

Since the message is shown, the user gets the idea it is enough to exit the application. However it only exits when 'bye' is entered.

Team's Response

While this is an error, the user should be able to access the user guide and/or enter help to understand that the command to exit the application is ‘bye’ (Nowhere in the user guide or help section does the command have capital letters). This serves as an inconvenience to users (perhaps they used all caps on the application) but does not make the product unusable for most users. Thus while the bug is accepted, the severity should be dropped to medium.
