Removing item manually can crash OBS

1. Install the script and set its option, allowing it to load a number of assets.
2. In the normal overview you'll now have a lot of assets.
3. The streamer can remove one of these assets.

With those conditions fulfilled, if the user changes the script options OBS will crash attempting to remove a scene object that already got deleted.
