Reports available via Admin console

Club managers have access to an Admin console for access to Skills Maintenance and Extra patrol administration.

Extend the Admin console to include reports that are currently generated by hand.

In particular:

1. Swap Requests, by status
2. Confirmed swaps, used for End of Season.
3. Requests that didn't fill with count of offers made by that member to try and fill. ie how hard did that member try to fill their patrol by making offers

Acceptance Criteria

As an Admin I want to access CSV reports for my club via a secure area
