Glitch: Already acted-on news reappears in feed.

Steps taken (though I was not able to reproduce a second time)
There were 5 news items in my queue this morning.
- Acted on all news in queue (Some were greenlight, some were redlight, some were edits, some were passes.)
- Decided to poke around - I went "Ledger/Budget". Got an 'Access Denied' error.
- Hit the back button. All the news I just acted on appeared again.
- Hit the refresh button - all the news I acted on disappeared.
I don't know if I would be able to act on them again - re-redlighting or re-greenlighting to force it to pass - but it certainly was a strange glitch. I thought I was seeing duplicate entries for the same news items for a moment!
I'm guessing this is because your browser reconstructed the page as it first loaded when you hit "back", and didn't take into account the dynamic changes that had happened since loading it (acting on beats). There is probably a way to make a browser take this into account that I'm not aware of. Leaving the issue open as it requires research.
Quick research shows that this is a very generic web design problem.
