Cannot activate log-login plugin in Yourls 1.9.1

Hello! Thank you for creating this Yourls plugin.

I want to use it on my Yourls instance, and installed it (doing the setup for fail2ban as instructed).

Unfortunately, I don't manage to activate it on the most-recent version of Yourls: 1.9.1.
I click on the 'Activate' link in the Yourls admin panel, but your plugin does not change status to 'Activated'.

Any chance you could take a look and fix whatever needs fixing?

I haven't used this in over six years, I probably should set this repository in archive mode.

I would suggest you to take a look at one of the forks: https://github.com/SweBarre/log-login/network/members
This fork is at least 3 commits ahead of this repo, that might work for you or they might fix it: https://github.com/philhagen/log-login
