These are just organizational nodes, they will never have any value (do note
that at least the menu item is disabled).

Moving from Fixed to Started because we have decided to expand the scope of
this issue to include all organizational watch nodes including "Non-public" and
"Rest".

Fixed. We also considered this for "GetEnumerator" nodes which never have a
value exposed... but, we can't tell that until after lazy loading, so we are
content with the disable menu option in this case.
