Cookie ignored in Headers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Headers i add: Cookie: XDEBUG_SESSION=PHPSTORM, he not process header
Cookie, when i sniffer, cookie not show.

Fixed. Thanks for reporting this issue. It was a quirk in the System.Net.Http
API we use. This fix will be available in the near future.
