Added something like SoundFactory class
So we can use it like

SoundFactory::fromString(SoundIds::RANDOM_POP);

You can use SoundFactory now.

use DiamondStrider1\Sounds\SoundFactory;

// $volume and $pitch are optional.
SoundFactory::create(SoundIds::RANDOM_POP);
SoundFactory::create(SoundIds::JUMP_GRASS, $volume);
SoundFactory::create(SoundIds::NOTE_BELL, $volume, $pitch);
