Support for SwiftUI Mac OS

Add support for mac os in SwiftUI, currently it gives the following error:
SourcePackages/checkouts/SwiftMessages/SwiftMessages/Resources/TabView.xib: iOS xibs do not support target device type "mac".

I'm not a Mac developer, so pretty unlikely that I'm going to support that unless it's super easy.
