Please release new version of the cocoapod with Swift 4 support.
This will allow us to remove branch specification from our Podfile:
pod 'SwinjectAutoregistration',
:git => 'git@github.com:Swinject/SwinjectAutoregistration.git',
:branch => 'swift4'
