Email formatting could be improved

Currently, emails are sent on project completion and are pretty plain, simply greeting the user and informing them of the event and linking them to the dashboard for the project. Instead, we might want more formatting here and some basic HTML/CSS alongside a template.

However, this may be somewhat non-trivial based on some searching, so it might not be worth it in the long run if we have more pressing issues.
