How to get temperature memory VRAM on Nvidia GPU?

On NVIDIA forum, technical support and users do not respond, what is problem that such NVIDIA corporation cannot make ability to obtain memory temperature? Don't they have enough developers for a linux driver or NVIDIA stagnating so much?

does nvidia-smi output the temperature?

Hello,
From the nvml documentation it seems that the only query we can do is to get the GPU temperature.
Maybe there is another way from the driver side but it seems to not be exposed by the library nvtop uses to retrieve GPU information.
