Duplicate entry in Add Structures screen of GUI tool

When you first open the “Add structures” screen (in the GUI tool) for a newly-created solution built from the harmonycore template, there are two CUSTOMERS in the list on that screen, and the first has an down arrow to the far right that enables you to collapse the list, which doesn't make sense.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Harmony Core solution based on the harmonycore template.
2. Open the GUI tool for the new solution.
3. Go to the Structures screen and select the "Add structures" option.
4. Note that there are two CUSTOMERS entries in on the screen.

Expected behavior
There should be only one CUSTOMERS entry on the screen.
