Need info about param_files

Dear Organizer,
Thanks to launch excellent challenge.
I want to know about param_files. How can extract it? It is default or user defined parameters for registration?
I highly encourage to provide the example with raw dataset in order to understand param_files.

Dear Abdul,

Thank you for the issue and suggestion. Several examples have been provided at preprocessing/examples (umcg if you want to work directly in python and umcu if you prefer to run from terminal). Such parameter files can be used in Elastix https://elastix.lumc.nl/ https://simpleelastix.github.io and they have been optimized by us while performing the registration on the whole dataset. I recommend checking Elastix documentation to fully understand the parameter specified.

Regarding providing raw data to let you fully grasp how we worked, this is an interesting suggestion. Let me check how to best accommodate this. In the meantime, I close the issue.
