You can get stuck in fill mode when entering kit row audio recorder

Please describe the problem:

1. Hold sync scaling to trigger fill mode
2. Enter kit row audio recorder by holding kit row audition pad + pressing record
3. Let go of sync scaling and notice that fill mode is stuck on

What is the expected behavior?

Fill mode doesn't get stuck on

the kit row audio recorder should handle releasing sync scaling while recording

Solution should be a quick fix by passing b == SYNC_SCALING button action in audio recorder class to the root UI.
