Your repository seems incomplete, please upload tao_classes.txt as your pre-trained model requires it.

I solved the problem by following these steps:

  1. Download https://github.com/TAO-Dataset/annotations/archive/v1.2.tar.gz
  2. create data/tao/annotations and paste all jsons from zip file in there
  3. python tools/convert_datasets/tao2coco.py -t ./data/tao/annotations --filter-classes
