Backuply will not always maintain directory structure for empty directories

Similar to git, if a directory is completely empty (no hidden files either), Backuply will simply ignore the directory entirely. In some cases this can cause issues if the empty directory is used for some temporary storage or something and is not configured to be created when needed on the target system. However, I think this will remain a future implementation concern since it is not exactly urgent.

This is with regards to the restore
functionality ONLY ... backups technically already capture these details
