Implement on-going backup scheduling system

This system could allow the user to specify a recurring backup schedule including both timings for full backups and timings for differential backups in between for better granularity. This could obviously be done already with the use of Cronjobs or something similar on the system using backuply, however a built in system could prove very useful as well.
