MIUI ROM downloader - identifying current version

wrd2093 opened this issue · 1 comments

My device is MIUI Global; 12.0.7 Stable (RJGEUXM) - Android 11 - security update 2021-04-01 (I'm in Australia, device purchased from AliExpress). This was updated automatically from Android 10 a few weeks ago.
.
Running the tool jar (version 31.0.2-724960), it identifies "surya" and if I select EEA Stable, it links to V12.0.8.0QJGEUXM (which I think might actually be the Android 10 rom?).

Is the tool not identifying the current ROM or something else?

The tool downloads the latest stable which right now is 12.0.8.0 - Q.

You have 12.0.7.0 - R which is newer but was rolled back due to bugs. Xiaomi does this sometimes.

You can see the history of roms here - https://mirom.ezbox.idv.tw/en/phone/surya/roms-eea-stable/
