Mystery: unistalled apps come back!

Hello after uninstalling many MIUI and google bloatware some of them remain coming back on the second space of the phone.
Once a day my phone turns on the MI start page -like booting and looking for updates- random, so it closes any call or whatever I'm using
Which app should I not have uninstalled? or what do I need to uninstall to stop this?
