Extra links don't link correctly in some cases.

If you have the rewrites enabled for MediaWiki, you usually have your wiki pages at /wiki/Example or just /Example. Because of the extension not handling this, a link can turn out to be /Example&action=edit instead of it being /index.php?title=Example&action=edit.
Custom configuration options may fix this, but it appears that you can't depend on $wgScriptPath since that can just be "".
One last thing:
These appear to be the links for Special:Contributions and Special:Block respectively. I'm not sure what causes these embeds because I've clicked on both the links and they open in the browser correctly if the rewrites are disabled. Because of the brackets, it causes it to be an invalid user.
