Bug - Advice to upload Image wont disappear after image upload

Describe the bug:
If a user does not have a profile picture, an advice appears on the top to add one. If the user goes to his profile and adds an image, the message wont disappear, even not when changing the state. The advice will disappear only after reload the page.
To Reproduce:
- No Profile Image
- Advice appears in the left top
- Go to your profile
- Upload Image
- Advice will still be there
- change state --> 4.
Expected behavior:
Advice should disappear after uploading an image
