Rename "Raumplanungstool" to "Raumbuchung"

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

"Raumplanungstool" at the page /rooms should renamed to "Raumbuchung" because the actual name doesn't reflect the meaning of the link.

Describe the solution you'd like

Rename "Raumplanungstool" to "Raumbuchung". Make sure that you also rename the english translation RoomTreeComponentButtonBookingTool

The page is no longer available since we moved to the new teamweb - should probably be removed entirely?

@mr-woodapple I would they: Leave the button there and change the env var for the room booking to the url of the new one.

Valid point - I quite like this approach here #813, which I think would make sense for us as well. Would solve both problems in this case. :)
