Zoom misbehaving when shift is released while wheel is still moving

First of, thanks for this great addon fixes this long-neglected bug in MS Office!

However, unlike the "Excel Horizontal Scroll COM add-in", yours has a strange issue — when I release shift BEFORE my mouse wheel stops, somehow Zoom is affected, e.g. it's increasing with MouseWheel↑ and decreasing with MouseWheel↓. Interestsingly enough, it's not working with every scrolling "tick", some of the ticks just move the sheet up/down as expected
