Describe the bug
- Operations like resize and crop with HEIC files will output HEIF instead
- File format conversion: Even if explicitly selecting HEIC compression the result will always be HEIF files.
To Reproduce
Just run operations and see the output file format
Expected behavior
- HEIC input = HEIC output
- HEIF input = HEIF output
- File conversion outputs: HEIC or HEIF according to the settings
