Map Improvements

There are filters that would be useful for user's to utilize when trying to find certain institutions based off the number of jobs or nodes an institution has requested.

A search bar would help for folks wanting to find a specific University.

A toggle option for those places that are currently running jobs and the total map would help user's get a sense of the current outreach of a specific system.

• Add filter for min/max number of projects
• Add filter for min/max number of nodes
• Add filter for min/max number of jobs
• Add search bar to search for a specific institution
• Add toggle button on map to show all institutions, or those that are currently running jobs.
