Cannot Delete Writer when Discovery View Exists.

When trying to delete a Writer that has a Discovery View using it, delete fails with 500.

Improve error handling to report that the Writer cannot be deleted because it is in use.
Possibly also designate the Discovery Views using it.

This should probably be checked for the Reader and Oeprators as well.
