(Fixing this will also close #2.)

New, full list of deps:

  • .NET Framework 4.8 (Win7 users may not have it): download page
  • MSVC 14.0+ / 2015+
  • MSVC 12.0 / 2013 (for Mupen) not after 7a903f15d+1c2453088
  • MSVC 10.0 / 2010 (for BSNES/Mupen)
  • Optionally, DirectX (for Audio/Video, DirectInput requires code changes to use right now)
