Stroop asks for a ram start address. The one provided in the stroop configuration file is inaccurate. Is there a way I can get that address for 2.9.1 so I can rewrite the config code?
In short, no—see #1680. Closing as per #3874 (this is the issue tracker for BizHawk, not STROOP).
