Reproduction steps

1. Open PicCap using magic remote

Expected result

Should successfully start the service and capture

Additional information

It once randomly worked, but I do not know why/how.

I think it's possible that the App doesn't get to know that it now has more rights.

Can you please check the following:

After installing and opening the app the first time, can you please wait ~2 Minutes. After that head over to the settings tab and hit the reboot button?

Then, after the reboot, I assume the App will work fine. But depending on your result we can investigate further.

I removed the app again, reinstalled and then it worked. I guess I had screwed up the config and I was not able to reset it.
